What is an application concept?
An application concept is an innovative idea created to address the day-to-day information search and discovery needs of scientists. The concepts will be evaluated based on the feasibility of building a computer software around it. So even if you are not a software developer, you can still submit your concepts to help scientists do quick and efficient search of information.
